New Birth Kingdom Church International, a Spirit-filled church in Carbondale.

Plain Bible teaching, Spirit-filled worship and people who love God, on Robinson Circle. Come and see, or hear a message first.

The Word comes first. Everything else grows from it.

In the church's own words, its ministries were created to help minister to the lives of people. Here is what that looks like from the outside, in the order most visitors meet it.

The Word, taught plainly

Teaching

People who worship here keep coming back to the teaching. One Google review says it in five words: “Pure word of God teaching.” Another: “Always a great message from God.” Bring a Bible if you have one, or just bring yourself.

Worship

New Birth Kingdom calls itself a growing, Spirit-filled church, and it is listed as non-denominational. The people are the part visitors mention: “Great people who love God,” as one review puts it.

About the church

Nights of celebration

Tall pines and an oak against a summer dusk sky above a low brick roofline

7 PM

The church gathers in the evening for its big moments. On the last night of 2025 the invitation went out on Facebook: come at 7 PM “to celebrate what God has done.” On Fridays the building is open from 7 to 10 PM.

From the curb on Robinson Circle to the porch door.

It is a short walk. Here it is in the order you will take it, so nothing about your first time is a surprise.

Pull up on the circle

The church sits back from the street behind a wide lawn: a long, low brick building with a white gable and a brown shingle roof. You will see the name on the brick wall before you park.

The front lawn

Past the big oak

A broad oak shades the front lawn, and the church's name runs along the brick wall beyond it. The building stretches the length of the lot, so the way in is easy to spot from the road.
